We have a Bright Double Room available now in our clean, friendly shared house. It is furnished with a bed, book shelf and built in wardrobe, pos other pieces from our ex house mate if you want them - Double bed, desk with chair and chest of draws. Its a good size room with a big window that lets also of light in. We have heated air so the house warms up alot quicker than radiators. The room over looks the front garden, the quiet coldisac outside and the wooded area to the right - nice to walk through in the mornings. There is Neighbour Hood Watch, its a really peacefull area, quiet good for kips! We are only 10-15 mins from town and all the noise and fun you could ask for. There is a bus stop about 3 mins from the house or 10-15 mins walk to Reading Trainstation.

We are looking for a clean friendly easy going proffessional, ideally a male, sorry ladies you are of course welcome to come look and we will happilly meet you and concider you however we are ideally looking for half guys and half girls in our house :)

Your house mates - two girls and a guy, we are all clean, tidy, friendly and easy going people and really looking forward to meeting with ya.

White front door, porch with a handy door mate carpet, wooden glass door to the lounge, large open lounge with large double windows, wooden flooring which runs through, 3 piece sofa and two arm chairs and coffe table, side board, dining table and four chairs with a glass cabinet for glasses, double glazing patio doors out to good size garden same size as grounds of house with a shed and barbique. Door leads through to the Kitchen, door to the garden on the left, double sink under the window, cabinets all around the kitchen, electric oven with hob, grill and main oven. Fridge freezer.
Door to hall, to the left is the downstairs toliet with washing mashine. Second door leads back to the lounge, stairs to the left lead up to the first door of the bathroom, good size, with electric shower, sink, two mirrors, toilet long window and shelf unit and airing cuboard.
Across the landing is the available room, a good sized bright room with the window on the far wall looking up to the end of the road and the built in wardrobe on the right - double doors with a large shelf above the metal clothes rail and full sized long mirror attached to the left door, its a really nice room with matching carpet running through the house. Its a really nice house, bright, airy and most of the time really clean, we are good house mates I reckon, relaxed and conciderate, worth checking out, I remember looking and you do see some shockers, rest assured this is not one of them, I will get the pics sorted as soon as i can but if you want to come check us out before then please do :)
