A leading technical research and development company seek an experienced and talented technical writer to join their expanding R & D department in Berkshire. You will be playing a key part in developing video conferencing equipment in a challenging and varied role.

Role: Technical Author
Location: Berkshire / West of London
Salary: Base of £35-50k (depending upon experience) plus benefits

In this role you will be writing on-line help guides, technical 'FAQs', release notes, training material and other supporting documentation.

We seek a relevant Degree qualification in writing or language in combination with a technical interest towards documentation activities along with solid technical author experience. Working knowledge of HTML, Framemaker, Robohelp, Acrobat and Office products would help immensely.
