We are a leading provider of unique and innovative services to the utility sector. We specialise in providing analysis and field investigations for utility companies, for whom we identify previously unbilled revenue and revenue leakage.
Rapid expansion has lead to the creation of several new roles that will be key to our growth over the coming year.
Upon receipt of a comprehensive report, you will conduct a thorough on-site investigation recording and validating data, and working out why utility consumption is less than expected. Ideally, you will have worked in a field-based role before, although more important is your willingness to get stuck-in, learn new skills and be self-motivated. A detailed, conscientious, analytical approach is required. The ability to think “outside the box” coupled with excellent customer service and persuasion skills are important, as is the ability to use your initiative.
Our clients are based throughout the UK, so you will spend 3-4 nights a week away, and commute up to 2 hours to your first job on other days. This role can also be physically demanding and involves working in all weathers. Full training and a company van (full driving licence is essential) will be provided. With a competitive basic salary, this role will really appeal to a results orientated person who wants to earn in proportion to their considerable efforts.
We believe in training our staff well, coaching, supporting, and rewarding success.
This is a truly exceptional opportunity offering increased earning potential and exposure to the emerging market of utility usage.
