The Role - Account Manager
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, including the handling and processing of transactional business together with developing new opportunities. You will have to prepare for and attend weekly conference calls / meetings, produce accurate reporting of current business to forecast for revenues and margins, raise purchase orders, ensure customer satisfaction remains high through exceptional customer service and building and maintaining lasting interpersonal relationships.
Specific requirements for the role:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment
- Willing to provide cover to colleagues during sickness / leave
- Persuasive Personality
- Eager to learn new skills
- Passion for business
- Team player
- Dedicated to forging a successful career in sales
