The Role
The role is to provide support to the NE ADR and Marketing, resulting in meetings for the direct sales team.
This support is given in the form of:
* Discovery around all named prospect
* To set meetings as per targets
* Calling for local activities to create awareness and build a prospect base
* Lead generation through outbound calling and Marketing campaign follow-up
* Build profiles of named accounts
* Flexibility around calling for events, seminars and extensive calling around cold calling and generating interest from our prospect database
* Looking to engage with all areas of the business including on-line and off-line.
Objectives of the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating pipeline and will be measured in terms of arranging meetings both face to face and on the phone according to set criteria. They will be measured in terms of set targets. Our client's value proposition is targeted at leading organisations in the Financial Services, Retail, Gaming and Telecoms sectors in particular. Therefore, it is essential that their value propositions be positioned as carefully and effectively as possible to these leading organisations.
To this end, the successful candidate must be capable of planning and executing intentional and focused contact strategies with key stakeholders in these sectors to identify a need / or generate a demand for our value propositions. Another key element of this role is building and maintaining a good understanding of our client's competitors.
Skill Sets required for the role
The background and skills of the individual our client are looking to appoint is as follows:
* Has worked with or has experience around software
* Preferably has an understanding of the Web Analytics space
* Target Driven
* Excellent cold calling skills
* Understand sales cycles
* Flexible as the calling will change from day to day if/when needed
* Proven Track record within an Telesales
* Highly Intelligent, Strong communicator (verbally and written).
* Priority Driven, ability to self-manage.
* Market Focused (Understand the Enterprise technology space of marketing)
* Strong Initiative and Creative thinker.
* Higher education level.
* Able to adapt
Excellent language skills (both verbal and in writing) in English.
* Very much a team player
