Lost- Black Short-haired Male Cat In Whitley Area

My cat went missing on 29/9/09. He is a small cat, very skinny with long legs. He is black with tiny white flecks on his sides. His name is Whiskey and he is quite friendly, though he is timid around dogs he doesn't know. He is microchipped and neutered, though the procedure was only done on 23/9/09, I think this may have cause him some distress and might be why he ran away. If you see him please contact me, or take him to a local vet or animal shelter/cats protection.
