lovely 3 year old housing association flat , 9 flats in total , two big bedrooms looking out on to fields, lovely place to live so quite, my road is called monarch drive, nice childrens park, bus routes, local shop and garage, doctors and dentist, wanting to move only for the garden other wise i would love to stay. I am not on an estate even a view of the house's are owned by reading footballers, i have my own parking space, the neighbours are all very nice and during the day everyone is at work so its always very quite, the inside and outside grounds area gets cleaned every friday, there is a income telephone, power shower, I also have the hall way and livingroom all laminated flooring, there is a big bin shed outside to put your rubbish, and a bike shed, the childrens park is very nice , you see all kinds of wildlife such as deers, rabbits, foxes, pheasents , i would love to stay here but my children need there own room as i have a boy and a girl sharring and i would like a garden, looking for a 3 bedroom would love to be in shinfield, arborfield , earley but would consider all areas in reading if the house and area was nice or willing to do a three way swap.
