A very large room in this stunning house is available now. The house is only 10 min walk from The Oracle. Call now to avoid missing out.

Rent quoted is inclusive of all bills, tv, electricity, gas, water, wireless internet etc. The house is kept very clean and the housemates are relaxed and friendly.

THE ROOM
This room is the largest in the house. It has got amazing wooden floors, a designer rug, a lot of storage including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a desk. There is a wooden double bed and a decorative fireplace. The room has a reading light above the bed and is very warm and quiet, having two radiators and double glazed windows.

LOUNGE
The lounge is very comfortable and has a sofa, leather armchair, large TV, DVD, beautiful fireplace, cable TV (Virgin) and wireless broadband.

DINING ROOM / KITCHEN
There is plenty of storage for food in the cupboards and also in the fridge freezer. There is a microwave and gas cooker. There is a large dining table which is great if you have a few people around for a meal.

There is also a laundry/spare room. This large room is where you can hang clothes out to dry.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is quite new. It is kept very clean and hot water is always available. The bathroom is upstairs unlike a lot of properties in the area. This is very convenient as the bedrooms are upstairs also.

GARDEN
There is a long garden to the rear of the property, very handy for BBQs in the summer time. There is a shed for storage and chairs to sit on in all weather.

HOUSEMATES
There are two housemates at the moment. We’re looking to share with a professional person, easy going with a good sense of humour.

TRANSPORT
Unfortunately there is no parking available at the house.

However, transport links are excellent. Reading town centre is 10 min walk. You can get buses like the 17, 26 and 33 within a few minutes from the house. There is easy access to the M4, both Junction 11 and Junction 12. The house is literally around the corner from Reading West train station with trains going to London, Newbury Basingstoke etc.
