I have a double room available in lovely Victorian terraced house on a quiet road in the University area.

I have just bought my first house and have a double bedroom available for rent. The house is on Foxhill Road, which is less than 5 minutes walk to the University campus, and about 15-20 minutes walk to town. The house has a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a utility room which adjoins the kitchen and two double bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom available is at the front of the house. It gets lots of light and has a victorian fireplace and is fully furnished with a double bed, warbrode, computer desk and chest of drawers. There is a garden at the back with freshly laid turf, big enough for sitting and eating outside.

The house has a new kitchen and bathroom, Upstairs it is fully carpetted and downstairs it has varnished floorboards. The whole house is being re-decorated and should be finished within about 2 weeks.

Foxhill Road is one-way and so is a very quiet road. There is unrestricted parking on the road (good for guests) and there are normally spaces pretty much right outside the house unless I'm coming back really late at night.

The rent is £400 per month inclluding all bills. The house has fast wireless broadband connection and a phone line.

It would be the two of us sharing the house. I am a 30 year old graduate, working at a secondary school in Wargrave. I enjoy nights out, films, and I'm very much involved in music, playing cello in an orchestra and keyboards in a local band.
