My course starts in earnest on 15th September,but I am doing an offer of two people for £5.00 on Tuesday 8th September.The course starting on 15th costs £25.00 for the 6 weeks.Try on the 8th to see if you like it!

What time? 20.10-21.00 (8.10pm-9.00pm)

I havent exercised for ages...is it suitable?Yes


What do I need to bring?An exercise mat or a towel.
