Payroll Specialist International
This job is to work in a Payroll Specialist position focusing on International payroll the Payroll department processes all Payroll related data for local employees for several countries as well as undertaking accounting procedures such as reconciliations and ad hoc project work.
Working within a team of administrators under the supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, the incumbent of this role will assist the administrators with the following:
Ų All aspects of input and checking of payroll information to achieve timely and accurate payments for employees
Ų Dealing with client (both internal and external) queries in a timely, efficient and courteous fashion;
Ų Assisting the Payroll Supervisor in process and policy development;
Ų Being able to recognise problems and work towards identifying solutions;
Ų Developing an understanding of current statutory and legislative issues;
Ų Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the Payroll Supervisor
This position is to work for an organisation with an excellent reputation within its market. They are close to very good amenities with plenty of parking onsite and close to good public transport links. Although this position is an ongoing temporary position there is the possibility of this position going permanent.
