Hi there! We have a big empty spare room that needs a new flatmate to bring it to life! Sunny front room in large 3 bedroom house sharing with 2 others. Close to Reading Town Centre. There are main route buses such as the 9 on our doorstep or you can cycle (like me) and it will take only 15 minutes into the centre. The ideal person for the room is professional, friendly and doesn't mind the lovely cat who lives here aswell. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke outside. The 400 pound a month covers all electricity, rates and council tax. If you wish to use the phone or broadband internet it will be a small amount extra.
