My client, a high street fashion retailer who are going through a huge re-branding exercise across their business is looking for an Assistant Manager to work in their over achieving store in Newbury.

If you are are a dynamic, energetic supervisor or senior sales consultant who is ready for the next step in to management then this is the job for you . Also if you are an experienced assistant manager who is looking for a company who rewards hard work with promotion in to senior store management roles then I would certainly recommend this organisation .

I need a candidate who has experience of managing staff and also the administrative side of a retail operation . A candidate who has been accountable for cashing up , merchandising , store figures , training & motivating staff , opening & closing the store and most importantly someone who has taken the responsibility of managing a store in the absence of their superiors .

The rewards for this role are a salary of £18,000 plus the chance to work for one of the top names on the high street . Full training will be provided from induction .
