Roadshow Buyer £21,000 to £25,000 plus uncapped bonus

Basic salary: £21,000 - 25,000 (dependant on experience) p.a* with significant uncapped bonus.

The Treasure Hunters Roadshow is an established, multi million pound U.S headquartered company that will run more than 700 events in the U.S and Europe this year. We have established ourselves as one of the top buyers of Gold, Silver, Platinum, other precious metals, coins, antiques, toys and musical instruments.

Due to expansion in the U.K we are now looking to recruit buyers in the South East of England to take responsibility for the accurate valuation and purchase of precious metals and other collectibles at our roadshows whilst maximizing volumes of purchases and profitability for the company.

Candidates should have:

- A verifiable and successful track record of face to face trading (buying or selling) in a commercial B2C or B2B environment. Please do not apply if you cannot fill this criteria.
- Experience of working in an allied industry, for example, precious metals, jewelry, antiques, coins etc would be a very distinct advantage.
- An outgoing personality and demonstrable track record of developing rapport with customers.
- Verifiable track record in over achievement of quotas and objectives
- The ability to learn and understand the intricacies of our business and articulate them to customers and occasionally the local press.
- Be commercially astute
- High level of personal motivation and drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be confident, credible, flexible and a strong team player.

*This role will involve working three weeks on (Tuesday to Saturday) and one week off giving up to 12 weeks holiday per year. It is highly likely that most working weeks will be spent away from home so please only apply if this suits your lifestyle on a long term basis. Training will be given locally.
