A brilliant location - right next to the River Thames. Few minutes walk to the Reading train station/bus stations, retails shops, supermarket, the Oracle Shopping Mall and the Broad Street, etc. Easy reach of M4, London, Maidenhead, Slough, Guildford, Gatwick, Basingstoke, Newbury and the West countries. Few good Resturants are within walking distance as well. Few supermarkets nearby, etc.
Suitable: for a quiet, quality, clean and tidy professional who also respects someone's privacy. A smoker is ok but not to smoke around the house. Strictly no guests, or pets please.
To share: all the kitchen white goods and you will have the main use of the family bath/shower room.

The home owner who is a hardworking female professional who respects someone's privacy. I have a teenager (son) who also comes to stay with me during the weekends and the school holidays.

1) Two references: one from work and one from your previous letting landlord/agency.
2) Rent: one month in advance.
3) Deposit: 1.5 month
4) The price includes council tax and utility (gas, water and electricity) bills.
5) Available: 15th August 08.
6) Short stay will be considered (one month minimum please).
