We are looking for
Grounds Maintenance operatives

to join our grounds maintenance team and to play a key role in maintaining the communal areas, parks and open spaces for local contractors.

Duties will include both Mechanical and manual operations for example;

• Weed control and pesticide application.
• Tree and shrub pruning.
• Ride on mowers.
• Hedge and edge strimming.
• Site clearance.
• Wood chipping and disposal.
• Hedge cutting.
• Shrub bed maintenance.
• Watering newly planted areas.
• Maintenance of interior plants, atriums and all other works associated with the up-keep of large communal areas.

A full UK driving licence and commercial grounds experience is essential.

This is a very manually intensive position so applicants must be physically fit.

£6.00 - £7.50p.h. For the right candidates.
