I am looking for a mutual exchange, my property has 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a medium size living room, bathroom with seperate toilet.
The 2 bedrooms have been decorated recently, i have also decorated the living room, and painted the kitchen. and the toilet and bathroom have been done too, with new tiles in the bathroom.

Its close to shops and has a supermarket 5 mins away or asda is a 15 min walk. good bus routes. close to post office and 2 local schools nearby, also a nursery too. Playing field and park are minutes away.

I am looking for an exchange to a 2 or 3 bedroom house with garden as i have 2 young kids (a girl of 4 and a boy of 1) and dont have a garden for them to play in.
