Spanish speaking Assistant Accountant

Up to £22,000 per annum

Our client, a successful and expanding international company based in Reading are seeking a Spanish speaking Assistant Accountant to join their European Accounting Team.

Main duties:
- Supplier invoice processing (check authorisation, code and input invoices approx.200 a month)
- Investigate and resolve supplier issues relating to invoices and payments.
- Input Bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts on a weekly basis.
- Raise monthly inter company invoices to all European entities and reconcile inter company accounts
- ad-hoc tasks for month end tasks for specific Accounting entities.

Skills and experience requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Experience of Accounts Payable / Supplier invoice processing
- Some knowledge and experience of inter company accounts transactions and month end accounting processes
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail

Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 per annum
