We require a Senior Contract Manager based in Wokingham, Berkshire.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day strategic decisions of the contract. You will be involved in both close client and resident liaison, managing their expectations whilst improving productivity on the contract

The successful candidate must have significant experience in Senior Management role within a grounds maintenance environment. You will be self motivated with proven leadership skills, while demonstrating the ability to motivate staff. Your excellent communication skills coupled with a keen commercial awareness will ensure that you develop and maintain excellent and effective relationships with our client.

You must be qualified to a NDH/NCH/NVQ Level 4 standard in Amenity Horticulture or similar, you will need to demonstrate an understanding and experience of current issues with managing and developing contracts for housing providers and/or housing associations. A full driving licence is essential.

£35 - £40k circa pa & company car
