Materials Controller Customer Service
Customer Service - Warehouse - Production - SAP - Cellular Phone - Supply Chain
A Materials Controller is required for a global market leader in the telecoms industry. The organisation is located in the South East.
The successful candidate will provide direct support to the spare parts supply chain manager on a day to day basis and support the service centre managers with regard to any queries on spare parts orders and shipments.
You will be required to ensure that the service centres have the correct inventory of spare parts, and that all orders are processed within the agreed service levels and delivered with the correct paperwork. You will ensure all work is carried out is compliant with the organisations internal policies and continually develop, improve and implement processes so that customer service employ best practice and lean enterprise which will allow the company to meet targets.
It is essential that you have previous production or warehouse experience. Knowledge of cellular telephones and associated products, supply-chain practices and SAP or similar applications are also essential. You must have experience of MS Office applications and ideally have experience within a customer support function.
The Salary for the role is up to £22,000.
