My Client located in Chiswick is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Referral & Assessment Team. Managing a caseload of around 12 - 15, you will be the first point of contact with the families and trying to find more about the difficulties facing the family.

You will:
. Undertake the assessment of children, families and carers using the relevant assessment framework
. Develop and participate in care plans
. Speak with families and the children to help find out what problems they are facing
. Preapre and present reports

You must have:
. Diploma in Social Work
. A valid enhanced CRB
. GSCC registration
