An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations manager at our client's 5* hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is a challenging role for an ambitious individual, who is eager to deliver customer excellence at every opportunity.

You will effectively lead and develop a highly motivated Team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for the financial targets in your areas and oversee all F&B areas as well as Housekeeping and Front Office. Furthermore, you will look for business trends, identify growth opportunities and take proactive initiative, to maximise profits and commercial success.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience, preferably gained in a 4/5 star hotel environment, within a similar position.
