Our client a well respected building contractor are looking to secure the services of experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to work at one of their sites located in the Thames Valley.

The ideal candidate should possess a clean driving licence, hold an enhanced CRB and be prepared to travel to site whereupon they will be expected to liaise with tenants in respect to works required on their properties while been able to communicated effectively with the contractors to make sure the work is carried out in a satisfactory manner.

Exposure to this type of work is required as there will be contact with clients who are vulnerable and it is essential that you are organised and have the ability to work under pressure.

The booking is initially booked for 20 weeks however this will depend on how long the projects takes to be completed.

If you have housing management experience and good interpersonal skills then we would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible.
