Job Description
* Delivering theory and practical aspects of hairdressing and beauty Therapy courses
* Interviewing of candidates, initial assessment and preparation of Individual Learning Plans
* Teaching in both classroom settings and one to one tuition
* marking candidates work and cross referencing to NVQ criteria
* Set targets for the completion of work and regularly monitor candidates progress towards achievement
The Person
* Educated to a minimum level 3 in a relevant area
* Extensive vocational competence
* A1 award (desirable)
* Experienced of lecturing on Hair and Beauty courses
* Recognised teaching qualification (desirable)
