An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client for an experienced Conference and Banqueting manager at their 5* Hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is a challenging role for an ambitious individual, who is eager to deliver customer excellence at every opportunity.
This role involves the organisation and management of all conferences, private functions and weddings. You will liase closely with the guests to ensure high service and quality standards are delivered from the beginning to the end.
The ideal candidate will need to be immaculately presented with excellent communication skills, as the role will be working front of house and liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis.
Ideally you will have previous experience, preferably gained in a 4/5 star hotel environment, within a similar position.
