We are looking for a General Manager.

As a Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day- to-day running of the home; preparing care plans and ensuring each resident receives care appropriate to their individual needs. You will need to ensure the quality of service meets the national minimum standards, CSCI Standards, as well as following Barchester's internal policies and procedures. In addition to this you will be required to undertake staff reviews and to help encourage staff members to provide person-centred care within the home. A nursing qualification is essential for this post.
