General Cover/Supply Teacher
You will need to be strong on discipline, standards of achievement, providing the best for all students. Capita schools have very high expectations of students and staff. You will need to be able to plan, prepare and deliver your lessons in a matter of moments, encouraging each student to achieve their best, every class. You will need to be an NQT, an experienced QTS Teacher or an Overseas Trained Teacher who has gained UK NARIC verification.
You must demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need to have a teaching qualification in secondary education.
