Our client, a college in the Wiltshire area, is currently looking for a consultant in MIS.

Applicants will be charged with promoting customer satisfaction and delivering to internal and external business needs.

The successful candidate will have had experience in a high level MIS position in the past and will provide dynamic leadership for the client's Information Systems and Exams Department.

Applicants will have a track record of regularly providing robust and accurate information on student data, funding and other performance indicators, internally and to external funding bodies.

As an Associate Director of MIS, you will be responsible for monitoring funding targets, forecasting, identifying and implementing any required corrective action, advising senior management and curriculum areas on optimizing funding streams as well as improving success rates.

Your remit will extend to being accountable for the systems which support the recording of student activity across the client's sites.

It is essential that you will have a track record in managing people and systems as well as being able to implement change

Communication with staff at all levels will be key and there should be some experience of working in the FE Sector. An appreciation of the impact of current and impending LSC initiatives upon college strategy is also needed.
