This is a beautiful, relaxed country pub and restaurant located in a pretty village close to Reading, in the county of Berkshire, just 45 minutes train journey to London Paddington station.
The pub constantly receives accolades in the press and has recently been awarded Best Berkshire Dining Pub in the Good Food Guide.


The ideal candidate will help to grow our business, must be able to build and lead a front of house team, handle the pressure of busy days looking after a demanding business and local clientele, liaise with Chefs, bookkeeper and stocktaker and also take responsibility for safety and security issues.


The successful candidate would take on these responsibilities with common sense and lead by example in a warm and positive way while maintaining a good sense of humour.
