Part-Time Office Administrator Reading City Centre
Young business currently looking for a part-time office administrator to join their dynamic team in Reading City Centre.
Job Description
This is a varied position and you will be responsible for providing general office administration support. This role would suit a bubbly, outgoing person with a can-do attitude.
The key duties of the role will include:
- General office duties including customer and supplier liaison
- Data entry onto SAGE 50 Accounts system
- Processing orders and arranging deliveries internationally
- Diary management and arranging appointments and meetings
- Providing administration support to other areas of the business when required
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Administrator/Secretary with previous office experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must for this role. Confident using Microsoft office packages. Sage experience essential.
Conversational Spanish/French or Italian would be helpful although not essential.
The hours will be Monday - Friday 0930 - 1430 (flexible around school hours)
Salary
£18,000 pro-rata
