Duties will include kitchen hygiene, temperature recording, waste and stock control, ensuring that work surfaces, cooking utensils and crockery are clean. Assisting bar and waiting staff with the setting up of function rooms. Salary offered is between £5.50 and £7.00 per hour depending on experience.
