The house is approx 15 minutes on foot to the University. and 15 minutes walk to town. The are frequent buses into and from town (route 17). The house is behind a Co-op supermarket and small grocery shops.

Rent does not include bills - which is about 30 pounds extra per person per month.

Shared use of kitchen and living room. there are 2 bathrooms and showers in the house. All windows are double glazed and the property is centrally heated. Rooms are fully furnished and bedding is available if needed.
