4 bedroom house 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. spacious bedrooms.
2 toilets and a bathroom upstairs. There is also a small spare room upstairs which is the living room.
Currently 2 female students live there and looking for one person to move in. The person moving in has a choice of two bedrooms to choose from. The fourth bedroom is free.
The garden is also big where you can have bbq parties ad other events with friends.
The house is just off Wokingham road, where food shops are a minute or two walk. It is also about a 10 minute bus ride to the Oracle shopping centre and Reading staion. To university it is a 10-12 minute walk. Wokingham road is a busy road and therefore safety is assured, you will never feel unsafe.
