New role working for an established and growing Blue Chip business based in the Basingstoke area. Our client is looking for a qualified ACA or CIMA with 1st time passes and outstanding academics. This is a newly created role, working in their Business Performance Team whose purpose is to lead and manage the production of business performance analysis, presentations and reports.

- Review business performance at group and divisional level against strategic targets
- Production of insightful analysis and support which is forward looking, satisfies external as well as internal requirements
- Develop and Produce high quality Business Performance Reports
- Management of materials required for External Reporting and Investor Relations
- Review of quarterly results documentation including press releases and filings
- Own, manage and improve Executive Committee weekly dashboard materials
- Business partner to External Reporting and Investor Relations
- Manage, motivate and develop direct Business Performance Analyst
- Educated to University Degree Level 2.1 or above
- ACA / CIMA Qualified First Time Passes preferred
- Minimum of 2 Years relevant PQE in a relevant finance function
- Exposure to investor relations or external reporting advantageous
- Previous management
- Experience in the production of financial reports and presentations
- Planning and budgeting experience
- Ability to interact with senior directors
