when the sun goes down
It's a very strange feeling when you put up an ad for a relationship. Atleast I am having a strange feeling. It has always been one of my desires to meet a girl who I have never met before, in a coffee house when the sun has gone down. Talk and talk while subtly flirting with each other. Look into each others eyes. Talking to each other with our eyes and expressing our inner feelings with the way we look at each other. There is nothing more attractive than expressive eyes. Those that smile, or those that have sadness in them.
Talking the whole evening over a cup of coffee and be very very aware of each innocent touch that we have, the hands, maybe feet under the table. We talk about our lives. Our past. Maybe plan a bit about the future. Tell each other our dreams and our plans of fulfilling them. Be there till the place is empty and the owner comes and tells us that we have to leave because he is closing. We walk out in the cold, but fresh night and decide to go for a walk. Along old cobbled streets. The night would be cold and the only warmth among us would be the warmth of each others presence next to us. The warmth of the feeling that we begin to trust each other by pouring out our emotions, our feelings, our past.
The night grows colder, but our heart and soul gets warmer. We walk some more and maybe decide to hold hands, or you put your arm around mine. We suddenly become very aware of the perfume each other is wearing. The warmth of the touch. The stars above us or the bright shining moon are now non existant.
The time comes to bid farewell. Maybe a little hug and an innocent kiss is enough for us to seal the wonderful evening and a burning desire to see each other again, when the sun comes up.
