Description
We require a full time Crèche Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the running of the Crèche. Ensuring effective staff training and ongoing motivation of the crèche team, adherence to Ofsted regulations and ensuring all health and safety rules are observed. You will report to the the General Manager and closely monitor the departmental budget, revenue and income lines. Applicants must hold a level 3 childcare qualification and have 2 years experience in a similar role.
