Our client, a leading company in their field, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Business Development / Sales Executive who has a proven track record of achievement against targets.
You will be target driven, self-motivated, hungry to succeed, as well as a confident cold caller.
This role will involve the full sales cycle, where typical KPIs will include a minimum of: 65 calls per day; 2 hours talk time; and 2 meetings per week.
You will be focussing on the London and M25 remit where any expenses will be reimbursed.
For hitting targets you will earn £42K which is uncapped, however realistically in the first year you will be expected to achieve no less than £33K, but this will be driven by you and your performance!
In your second year the role will still be heavily new business focussed, however due to the build up of your accounts your OTE will be £64K which is uncapped.
