The Role - Sales Executive/Account Manager
Joining as Graduate Sales Executive you will play a key role in generating new business through developing contacts at a high level within target organisations, building relationships over the phone, negotiating professionally, closing sales of their services and account management of your clients. You`ll be working with numerous sources of sales leads, from enquiries via the website to contacts from advertisements and an increasing number of word-of-mouth recommendations.
The following requirements are crucial to the role:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Due to the nature of the role a full driving license is required
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Naturally set goals and objectives for yourself to work towards
- Confidence is crucial with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a pressurised environment
- A professional attitude with a dedicated work ethic

No experience is necessary for this role as full bespoke training covering all aspects of the sales process will be provided.
