Our client, a successful multinational medical company at the forefront of developing new immune cell therapies, is seeking a Medical Science Liaison Manager to provide advanced level scientific and medical knowledge support to external medical practitioners as well as to other departments within the organisation.

This is a customer facing role interacting with researching and treating physicians, with responsibility for the Northern Europe region. The role can be based either in the UK or in Sweden and will involve extensive travel within the Nordic Region of Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating scientific and medical information to physicians about the Company's treatments
- Providing verbal and written responses to requests for medical information related to the Company treatments.
- Provides technical support and educational training regarding the Company's treatments/medical procedures.
- Builds support and recommendation for the Company's medical treatment in Northern Europe (UK and the Nordic Region).
- Represents the Company to national and international medical associations.
- Provides medical content and support to Company for European Regulatory and Reimbursement activities.
- Provides assistance on special projects in conjunction with Clinical Development, Research & Development, or Commercial Departments.

Candidate requirements:
- A medical degree specialising in Oncology/Dermatology/Apheresis or a Ph.D/equivalent in Immunology.
- Scientifically and clinically oriented
- Independent and assertive, with a passion for learning and teaching; with a strong team orientation
- Experience or interest in immunology, oncology, gastroenterology or dermatology would be beneficial
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in Swedish and additional Nordic language would be advantageous


Salary: Up to £60,000 per year
