The Elephant Hotel in Pangbourne is a Quirky Luxury Hotel with 22 bedrooms, function room, Bar and Restaurant.
Awarded "New Comer of the Year 2010" in British Hotel Guide we are very busy and it's all very exciting.

We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen brigade. We only working with fresh local produce and with the best of ingredients.
You need to
-be a good Teamleader to motivate and train your brigade of 4.
-to liaise with the management team
-stock ordering and stock taking
-ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

The successful Head Chef candidate will need to possess previous experience in kitchen management and have excellent communication skills.

Salary ~£28.5K+Bonus
