As part of HR, the Payroll department processes all Payroll related data for UK, Ireland, International Assignees, as well as undertaking accounting procedures such as reconciliation and ad hoc project work. The primary focus of this role is the Oracle system with particular focus on Payroll and OTL modules
Duties will include system support, coaching and advice to the team as well as investigating, proposing and constructing solutions to problems.

§ Function as a liaison to department, ensuring that issues important to the users are identified and addressed to the appropriate area
§ Communicating and working closely with the Payroll Managers, Corporate Technology and Finance
§ Writing functional specifications and driving Projects and developments at a technical level.
§ Establishing and documenting Policies, Procedures and working practices
§ Train and coach non-technical staff, translating, interpreting and resolving their technical issues.

Candidate:
§ Strong candidate with Oracle Payroll & OTL experience
§ Good understanding of the functionality and how all the Oracle Payroll Processes interact with Oracle HRMS
§ Exposure in the set-ups for Oracle Payroll
§ Familiar with the Payroll Business side of setting up test data, writing / conducting test scripts, testing and sign-off in UAT environment.
§ Ability to set up Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, Element Links and Costing
§ Can articulate clearly changes required on Oracle Payroll
