I have a lovely 3 bed semi in Cardiff, Newport is only a few miles away.

Downstairs I have a toilet/cloakroom, lounge/diner and kitchen with access to large rear garden with shed and patio, currently there is a 12' trampoline which i will happily leave or dispose of as my children are far too big for it now.

Upstairs is the family bathroom with shower over bath 2 large bedrooms and the obligatory small room and the airing cupboard and access to the loft.

there are carpets through out, laminate in the lounge diner and lino in toilet and bathroom, decoration is all neutral apart from my room which has 2 turquoise walls.

The area is very quiet and has varied ages of children and is very close to all amenities including tesco, schools and bus routes etc.

I would eb happy to answer any questions you may have. Genuine reason for move, I am from Newbury originally and my Nan has become very poorly and I am desperate to be closer to my family and friends.
