FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE OCT / NOV (Room and house photos available on request) -Thank you for looking at my Double room for rent. I live in a nice neighbourhood in a friendly area and have done for sometime.There is on road parking available. There are three bedrooms in my house, but I only rent out one of the other rooms. Ideally I am looking to rent to a mature professional person, who doesnt smoke(can smoke outside). I am clean and tidy and would like the same in return. I do quite a bit of sport and like the odd glass of wine or two along with chillin in front of the tele. The room at present is unfurnished apart from a built in wardrobe, although it can be furnished if needed. I am open to offers if you are only here during the week.
