My client, a leading branded electrical retailer, who are going through a huge expansion exercise across their business is looking for a Store Manager to work in their over achieving store in Reading .
If you are a dynamic, energetic Manager with a genuine passion for retail then this is the job for you .
I need a candidate who has experience of not only managing staff but also driving those staff towards company set sales figures . A candidate who has been accountable for cashing up , merchandising , store figures , training & motivating staff , opening & closing the store , but most importantly someone who has taken the whole responsibility of managing the operation from the front . It is also essential that this experience is from an electrical retail background, candidates without prior roles in electrical retail will not be considered for this position.
The rewards for this role are a salary of £21,000 plus the chance to work for one of the top names in world retail . Full training will be provided from induction .
