One large room with double bed available in a large house located 5 minutes from the University of Reading, close to both white knights and Bulmershe campus. All students in the house will be going home for the summer holiday and therefore the house will be vacant during this period. There is a medium sized front room, kitchen, bathroom and garden which will also be available for use. Bills to be negotiated.
