What we want You will probably already be an experienced Kitchen Manager who is able to manage, lead and develop a team of chefs in order to provide the required quality of food, at a pace consistent with the environment, whilst ensuring that Company policies, procedures and standards are maintained. Operating in an “open style” with the ability to drive the business from within the kitchen, you will be passionate and ambitious with commitment and drive. Kitchen Manager - Required Experience: With at least 1 year’s experience working as a chef / Kitchen Manager, you should also possess some supervisory or management experience.
