As an IT Service Desk Engineer you'll be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to the company's customers. You'll join a vibrant and active team in a fun working environment and as such, you will need great personable skills, an articulate approach and the ability to fit in.
Your duties will include:
- Technical incident management and 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Remote monitoring of business-critical products and service levels, PC and server configuration
- PC and server configuration
- Proactive server monitoring and reporting
- System checks and back up monitoring and reporting
- When required, providing onsite support
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Experience in similar service desk/IT support role
- An MCP, MCSE, MCSA or CCNA certification desirable
As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you should also have excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills coupled with the ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach.
