This very successful Gastro Group are currently looking for a Head Chef for their property near Reading

They are a collection of fabulous Gastro Pubs where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic / Modern European menu, of which you will have full input on the specials

This is a very exciting time to join this small group who are looking for Head Chefs of the future

To be successful you will
• Be either an established Head Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Sous Chef looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and high volume experience
• Some Gastro / Restaurant experience preferred although not essential
• Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 1AA rosette
• Be a good communicator and leader

• An attractive basic salary of between £25 - 30,000 depending on level and experience
