Job Description
As manager of this contemporary brasserie restaurant you must be passionate about the food on offer. There is a modern approach underpinned by a classical theme to produce top-quality, innovative cooking using high-quality seasonal produce and some serious technical skill .
You must be energetic and ambitious able to train the rest of the team and be a real presence in the room.You will also be responsible for room service

Required Experience
*Relevant restaurant management experience
* Passion for food and wine

Salary
The starting salary for this role is between 24 to 26k. There is also temporary live in on offer.
