I am currently looking for an Operational Manager/Programmne Manager responsible for the delivery of multi-million pound OSS System Integration and consultancy programmnes on behalf of my client to Tier 1 Telecommunications and Communications clients. In addition to directly and indirectly managing teams in excess of 50 you will be responsible for client satisfaction, issue management and software delivery process improvement.

Your experience will include:
-Considerable experience in the OSS/IT industry, including B/OSS Systems Integration experience
-In depth technical understanding of telecommunications is essential, including experience with large Software/hardware based business solutions at a senior level
-Knowledge/Experience of UK Tier 1 Operators and ISPs
-Ability to Influence and Manage without direct control
-Previous experience and knowledge Software development lifecycle,Standard software languages, middleware and protocols
-Knowledge of OSS/NMS processes and concepts: Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance and knowledge of key OSS and operational standards including TMF, TMN, ITU, ITIL, DSL Forum, OIF, MEF, RFC
-An understanding of OSS process`s and procedures and IT solutions that would instigate these
-Vendor management experience,
-In depth knowledge and experience in relationship management with the some of the following suppliers
- Axiom,
- IBM-SW : Netcool, Proviso
- Remedy,
- BEA
- Cramer
- Syndesis
